Motorola 5G Press Release

The Motorola Razr is coming back from a blast with 5G connectivity. The look, the nerve, the flip and the full screen Android phone inside. The new hinge leaves no gaps when folded, giving the device a slim and compact form factor while protecting the internal screen from dust and dirt. The hinge is designed to open with one hand, so you can make that iconic gesture when answering a call. They also claim that it would take over 5 years of continuous spinning all day to break it. If you do, you’ll probably break your thumb before the phone dies.

Once folded, you can use the 2.7-inch Quick View screen to quickly get information about your notifications. But more than that, Android 10 allows users to drag and drop to the outer screen to access the home screen, right-click to use the camera, or left-click to open contacts or launch an application. Quick View has 8 preselected applications, but you can customize it to the applications you use most often, so you can open them without opening the phone.

In action, this thing is an engineering marvel. The Razr 5G’s 6.2-inch Flex View screen is worth a look. It consists of 5 layers that can be folded thanks to a new hinge system. It is also protected by a hard cover that keeps it safe from splashes of water, rain and dust.

The 21:9 aspect ratio of the Flex View screen lends itself to horizontal movie and video viewing without the annoying black border. It also has a 48 megapixel camera that takes sharp, vivid photos.

And the icing on the cake are the 4 antennas that enable 5G connectivity. The Razr 5G will definitely be a device you’ll want to get once 5G connectivity is established and operational across the country.
