Genki Covert Dock Review –

The Nintendo Switch’s docking station is a great technology that allows me to transfer my little handheld to the TV, but it’s not as portable as the switch itself. Fortunately, the great people of Genkie have found a solution. In Nintendo’s Genki Covert Dock you’ll find a switchboard that’s 90% smaller than the original switchboard’s docking station and can be taken anywhere – and all without taking up space in your hand luggage.

I don’t know exactly how Jenky did what they did, but this document is amazing. It is ready to use without installing additional software. Just plug it into an electrical outlet and plug the switch and the HDMI cable into the docking station, that’s all. It just works!

From the door I tried to cross The animals: New Horizons and Pokémon Sword with Genki Covert Dock and both games were played as best as possible on a normal Switch Dock. The only thing I have is that when using the Genki Dock I noticed a slightly too big color saturation on the screen. For me it was not a breach of contract, but it was tangible, and something that can easily be solved by installing the television if it bothers you too much.

The docking station also includes a USB Type-C PD 3.0, which can be used to charge iPhones, Android devices and tablets. The docking station also supports USB 3.0 accessories. This allows you to use the Gamecube controller adapter for the Genki switch, even if it only has one USB port, so the controller vibration function won’t work.

You can also use a USB port to connect a hard drive or USB stick to play movies or other multimedia content, making the Genki Covert Dock extremely versatile. The docking station sells for $74.99, which is a high price, but since a standalone Nintendo Switch Dock costs $89.99 and is almost impossible to find in stores, it remains a cheaper and much smaller, portable option with download functionality.

Unfortunately the dock is not compatible with Switch Lite because the console has no built-in streaming functions. It would be a great addition to such universal technology if it would allow Lite owners to work on getting their games on the big screen, but it is completely understandable.

In addition to the docking station, several inverter connections for foreign plugs are provided. When I go abroad, I can’t tell you how wise it is not to worry about charging my switch. I think it would be great if I could go back to the Airbnb and play the switch on the big screen without having to take the original dock for a walk. A high-quality power cable for the switch is also included. It is recommended to use it with the docking station because it allows you to charge your console faster.

The Genki Covert Dock Indoor Dock is a fantastic technology that can do just about anything a standard Nintendo Switch Dock can do, but it’s 90% smaller, more portable and even a little easier to carry in your wallet. If you’re looking for something to put in your backpack for a long trip abroad in a cramped space, or if you’re just going home to play Mario Kart 8 Deluxe without changing friends, and don’t feel like taking your dock with you, Genki Covert Dock might be the best solution for you. Final remarks : EXPLANATION

I recommend the Genki Covert Dock for anyone who travels frequently in the country or abroad and enjoys playing along the way. It contains everything you need to turn on your TV. Remember that it is not compatible with Switch Lite.

Tony’s been playing since he could walk. Pokémon Blue Version helped him learn to read. His greatest merit is not only that he played the entire Kingdom Hearts series, but also that he understood it.
