Farming Simulator is a fantastic game in and of itself.
However, there are a few problems that many gamers are experiencing. The absence of any kind of fence or gate system in the basic game is one of these problems.
But have no fear, modders are here & have already fixed this issue for us.
Below is a selection of our favorite fence and gate modifications (with plenty of variation to choose from). Plus, they’re all compatible with both PC and console versions, so no matter how you farm, these gates can assist.

Let’s start with a contemporary fence.
Because it’s mainly a cosmetic fence, this mod is ideal for use around your farm.
The beams are solid wooden beams that fit in with nearly any farm aesthetic. The posts are constructed of a beautiful grey brick, and the beams are solid wooden beams that blend in with virtually any type of farm aesthetic.
This fence seems to be very costly and opulent, yet it will not break the bank for you.

7. Old Fences in a Bunch (Homemade)

This Pack of Old Fences is another beautiful fence to add to your modifications list.
This set includes a great mix of painted bricks and wooden types that have been painted or treated as well.
As a result, this creates a refined appearance that complements a contemporary homestead.
And between the posts is a light wooden fence made of grey brick. The tops of the boards have also been rounded to give it a distinctive appearance.
Overall, it’s a fantastic fence mod with a lot of possibilities for creating a beautiful farm.
6. Chain Link Fence with a 2-Meter Height

This mod is more for utility than for aesthetic, so we’re getting into more practical things now.
However, I’m certain that some of you will find this to be ideal for any use!
This substantial fence is made of green metal chain link. It is possible to see through it, but not to drive through it.
This fence, in my opinion, would be ideal for keeping people off your farm and protecting your crops from those who would otherwise drive right over them.
5. Panel Fence & Gates

This metal fence and gate system is well-made and has a stylish appearance.
A small row of bricks is used to hold this fence on the ground. To keep smaller animals within, the fence is constructed out of green metal poles with wire mesh welded in between.
The gates are all functional, and they range in size from tiny enough to stroll through to big enough to drive your harvesters straight through.

Another unique chainlink fence modification.
This one, like the posts, is painted green. Also, bricks are used to secure the posts to the ground.
This fence (like many others) is completely functional and comes with a variety of gate choices.
This fence is contemporary enough that it would look excellent around a field or up around your home for placement options.
3. An Antique Wooden Fence

This is arguably one of the oldest fence types for Farming Simulator 19 out of the whole collection.
It’s constructed entirely of wooden posts, as is the whole fence.
The wooden posts go into the ground as well, and there are additional posts in between to complete the appearance.
In the section that goes sideways, there are also two posts. However, the whole fence is untreated and unpainted, giving it a very natural and rustic appearance.
2. Fence Pack 2

This fence, in my opinion, is as much for beautifying your farm as it is for keeping bothersome neighbors away.
It’s made of a natural-looking rock for the foundation and pillars, as well as painted wooden planks for a more completed appearance.
Although the mod does not include a gate system, there are a number of gates that work nicely with this fence configuration.
This pack actually contains a whole bunch of fencing styles, but this rock & wooden design seems like the most versatile.
It may be used to fence pastures, fields, or your whole farm. If you want a little privacy, you may even put up some fence around your home.

Another mod pack with a variety of fence types is now available.
This set also includes wooden fence, posts, and barbed wire.
Not only does it come with a barbed wire fence set, but it also comes with functioning gates!
The gates are constructed of wood and have massive pillars that are difficult to overlook. The fence is made up of several strands of barbed wire.
It’s a really basic yet effective design that would look great on any farm you construct.
