This gives them access to the umbral decoder, Prismatic Recaster, which allows them to focus the grams. Concentration is divided into three levels, and each type of gram at each of the three levels has a concentration cost and an unlock requirement. These costs are the “Umbral Gram”, some legendary shards, and some hammer charges.

To develop an Umbral Engram, interact with the Prism Recaster and select the Season on the Selected tab. Select the type of grammar you want to target and make sure it is unlocked and that you have the proper resources to target it. Click the “Acquire” button and then go to the umbral decoder to decode.
