Destiny 2 PvP gets a lot of changes in speed
In a blog post Bungie announces that the Destiny 2 PvP modes will get a lot of changes. Players find that the gameplay of the multiplayer modes is too slow. Bungie wants to change this.
The changes are referred to as the “Go Fast Update”. The update is currently being tested and many features of this have already been announced. Keep in mind that there is a possibility that not all features will come back in the game.
The goal of the Go Fast Update is to make players literally faster. This is done through changes of ammunition, accelerating Supers and accelerating cooldowns.
Destiny 2 PvP modes will literally be faster
An example of the new features is the mobility stat that is increased so that everyone can move more easily. Also, the Arcstrider, Sentinel and Striker will move faster if their Supers are active. A Super will now also be loaded faster than right now.
Furthermore, there are more adjustments to ammunition. Power ammunition is a lot faster to obtain in Quickplay, Survival and Countdown. Players will also drop their power ammunition when they die. When players die and come back to life in the Quickplay modes, this will go a lot faster, because less time is needed to spawn again.
