Bungie is working on a new system for Destiny 2 shaders

Developer Bungie has announced that the studio is changing the system for shaders in Destiny 2.

In a message on the official Destiny 2 site, the studio gives explanations. “We know that you are missing the Destiny 1 shaders system, and we are currently working on a way to introduce this system in Destiny 2,” said Bungie employee Tyson Green.

“We also understand that you prefer not to be limited in the number of times a shader can be used, so we are now trying to reintroduce shader collections, and we want to make it possible to have multiple copies of a shader.”

“We are currently working on these changes and we will let you know as soon as we have found a solution, and we want to let you know that we are working intensively on refining shaders in Destiny 2”, Green writes.

Destiny 2 is less than a year old, but according to an analyst, the game numbers of the game are already starting to drop sharply. According to a report from the American news service CNBC, this may be due to the microtransactions in the game.
